Who we are
Enter Tech Inc. (“we”, “us”) operates the Barcelona Hair Salon mobile app. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you create an account or book an appointment, how we use it, and how you can delete it. Last updated October 15, 2026.
Information we collect
Account details: name, email address, and optional phone number. Bookings: services, stylist, date and time, notes you add, and appointment history. Device tokens if you allow push notifications, so we can send appointment reminders. Basic diagnostics if crash reporting is enabled (device type and error logs, not your photos). This app does not process payments or collect card numbers. Service prices shown are for your visit at the salon.
How we use information
We use this information to create and manage your account, complete bookings, send confirmations, reminders, and cancellation or reschedule notices, and to operate the salon schedule for staff. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Supabase hosts our database and authentication. Resend sends transactional email (booking confirmations and account passwords). Firebase may deliver push notifications and crash reports. Stylists and salon admins see the booking details they need to serve you. We share information if required by law.
Retention
We keep your account and booking data while your account is active. If you delete your account we remove your login, profile, device tokens, and personal details. The salon may keep anonymized appointment records (time and service) for operations. Upcoming appointments are cancelled when you delete your account.
Your choices
You can update your name and phone in Profile, turn reminders and push notifications off in Settings, and delete your account in Settings. Deletion is permanent. You can also email privacy@entertec.ca to ask what we hold or to request deletion if you cannot use the app.
Children
The app is intended for adults booking salon services. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13.
