Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Enter Tech Inc (“Enter Tech,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Voxora, our international calling app.
If you have questions, contact contact@entertec.ca.
- Who we are
Enter Tech Inc is a Canadian company in Calgary, Alberta. Voxora is our prepaid international voice calling product.
- Information we collect
Account. Phone number, name, optional email and profile details, and sign-in data (including one-time codes).
Wallet and payments. Balance, top-ups, transfers, auto-recharge settings, and transaction history. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We may store a Stripe customer reference, a payment-method identifier, and card brand/last four digits if you save a card for auto-recharge.
Calls. Destination number, time, duration, rate, cost, and related billing records. We use this to connect the call, enforce your balance, and keep required accounting records.
Contacts. If you grant permission, the app can read device contacts so you can dial people you already know. We do not sell your contacts.
Device and app. App version, device type, and crash or diagnostic data needed to run the app.
Push notifications. We store a device push token so we can send account, support, call, and announcement alerts. Tokens are used only for app functionality, not for advertising tracking. You can turn off notification categories in Settings → Notifications, or disable notifications in your device settings. Promotional messages are off until you opt in.
Support. Messages you send through in-app support, and our replies.
Permissions. The app may ask for microphone (to place calls), contacts (optional), notifications, and related system permissions. You can change these in device settings.
- How we use information
We use this information to:
- create and secure your account
- place and bill calls, show rates, and stop a call when credit runs out
- process wallet top-ups, auto-recharge, and transfers
- send transactional notifications (for example, low balance or a support reply)
- provide customer support
- prevent fraud and abuse
- meet legal, tax, and accounting duties
- improve reliability and security of the service
- How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate Voxora:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Telephony and SIP partners — to connect outbound calls
- Infrastructure providers (including our database and hosting) — to run the app
- Google Firebase / Apple — push delivery
- Authorities — when required by law or to protect users, our service, or others
We do not sell your personal information.
- Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as long as tax, accounting, or legal rules require after that. Call detail used for billing is retained for those same purposes. Support messages are kept while needed to resolve your request. Push tokens are removed when you sign out or unregister the device.
- Your choices
- Update profile details in the app.
- Control notification categories in Settings.
- Turn auto-recharge off or remove a saved card in Wallet.
- Request account deletion in Settings → Account. Deletion may be refused while the wallet still holds funds.
- Contact us to ask for access, correction, or deletion where the law allows.
- Children
Voxora is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
- International transfers
We are based in Canada. Some processors (for example Stripe or Firebase) may store or process data in other countries with appropriate safeguards.
- Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted transport and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
- Changes
We may update this policy. The current version will be in the app and at entertec.ca/privacy.
