Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Voxora, the international calling app operated by Enter Tech Inc (“Enter Tech,” “we,” “us”), based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

By creating an account or using Voxora, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Voxora lets you place outbound international voice calls over the internet, see per-minute rates before you dial, keep contacts and recent calls, and pay from a prepaid USD wallet.

Voxora is not a replacement for a traditional mobile or landline service. It may not work during power, internet, or network outages.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Voxora.

You are responsible for the phone number and account you register, for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account was used without permission.

1. Wallet, payments, and auto-recharge

Calling uses prepaid wallet credit in US dollars.

• You add credit with a credit or debit card processed by Stripe.
• Minimum and maximum top-up amounts are shown in the app.
• If you turn on Auto-recharge, you choose an amount and save a card. When your balance (or remaining value during a call) drops below US$3.00, we charge that amount and add it to your wallet. You can change the amount, update the card, or remove the card in Wallet.
• Wallet transfers to another Voxora user, if offered, are final once completed.
• Wallet credit is not cash, is not a bank deposit, and generally is not refundable except where required by law or if we cannot deliver the service.

Prices, rates, and fees may change. The rate shown in the dialer before you place a call is the rate used to bill that call, subject to destination resolution and our rate deck.

1. Calls and acceptable use

You agree not to use Voxora to:

• break the law or harass, threaten, or defraud anyone
• send spam or unsolicited marketing calls
• interfere with our network, other users, or third-party carriers
• resell the service without our written permission
• attempt to bypass billing, rates, or account limits

We may refuse, limit, or end calls, or suspend an account, if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated or if there is unpaid or insufficient credit.

1. Emergency calling

Voxora does not provide reliable emergency calling** (including 911, 112, or similar services). Do not rely on Voxora in an emergency. Use a cellular or landline phone that supports emergency services.

1. Third-party services

Calls are routed through our telephony partners. Payments are processed by Stripe. Push notifications use Google Firebase (and Apple’s push service on iOS). Their terms and privacy practices also apply to the parts of the service they provide.

1. Intellectual property

Voxora, our logos, and the app are owned by Enter Tech Inc. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell it except as allowed by law.

1. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” Call quality depends on your internet connection and third-party networks. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free calling, or that a particular destination will always be reachable.

1. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enter Tech Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or call interruptions. Our total liability for any claim related to Voxora is limited to the amount you paid us for wallet credit in the three months before the claim, or CAD $50, whichever is greater.

1. Ending the service

You may stop using Voxora and request account deletion in the app (Settings → Account). We may refuse deletion while your wallet still holds funds; spend or transfer that balance first, as the app explains.

We may suspend or close an account for violation of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks, or legal requirements.

1. Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted in the app and at entertec.ca/terms. Continued use after the update means you accept the new Terms.

1. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Calgary, Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection law gives you other rights.
